About Us
Willow International School was established in 2003 in Maputo by the Willow Association. The school built its first campus in Matola in 2008 and expanded with a second campus in Maputo’s Costa do Sol area in 2015. Over the past 20 years, Willow International School has become one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Mozambique.
Legally registered by the Ministry of Education and Human Development, the school serves 1,5S00 students aged between 4 and 17 years old. It offers a balanced curriculum, including the Advanced Diploma Program (ADP)—a national curriculum with science and math taught in English—and the Cambridge curriculum. The school was designated as a Cambridge exam centre (MZ026) on 14th December 2011 and gained Cambridge International School status on 27th June 2018.
Willow International School now features distinct buildings for Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary Girls, and Secondary Boys, offering comprehensive education from Kindergarten through Grade 12.
